Rights For Women
"It's Time For Implementation"
From many years women are fighting for their rights but I really do not know that what kind of rights they want. Being a girl I can freely move anywhere in the country,I can wear whatever I want, I am getting eduction, no restrictions on my thoughts and I have freedom of speech so basically I think that I have all the rights that I needed.
We are living in an Islamic state which came into exist on the name of Allah. Islam is a flexible religion which describes the women rights also. Islam gives us the economical rights, legal and political rights and social rights. All the rights are given to the women by Islam then what we need now? we just need to implement these rights for a better society.
I know that in many areas of Pakistan, woman is treated badly and she should have rights but unfortunately she will be treated in the same way after passing "Women Rights" bill then for whom we are trying to get rights, for those who is already liberal , already free?. We just need to change the situation of those women who really deserve the rights, not to provide rights those who do not even know the ground realities.
I do not know that what kind of liberty they want. As far as I think liberty means live freely, think freely and can give opinion freely but those who are raising their voice for rights have some different meaning in their mind because there is a huge difference between liberty and shamelessness. As a woman, we have some limits and we do not need to cross that.
Many girls are getting education in Pakistan, we have teachers, doctors, pilots, engineers and in all the professions we see that women are working. Even Pakistan has a women cricket team and in all the games our women are participating than how we can say that women of Pakistan is weak. She is not Liberal. She has to face many restrictions. This is the time to show the rest of the world that women of Pakistan is so strong.
Feminist said that we want respect. Respect is something that must be gained so please do not beg for it.
